These terms govern your use of the LoopIt Premiere Pro extension, the LoopIt desktop app, and the LoopIt website at loopit.video (together, “LoopIt”). By installing or using any part of LoopIt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use LoopIt.
1. Alpha status
LoopIt is currently in alpha. This means it is offered free of charge to a limited group of invited testers, may contain bugs, and may be revoked, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. You are using LoopIt at your own risk during this phase.
2. Licence grant
Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use LoopIt for the duration shown on your licence record. The licence is tied to the email address it was issued to and to the number of machines permitted by your plan.
You may not:
- resell, sublicence, rent, or transfer your licence,
- share your licence key with anyone outside your authorised machine count,
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the licence signing keys or modify the activation logic,
- use LoopIt in violation of any applicable law or any platform terms (including Adobe's Premiere Pro EULA and Google Drive's terms),
- use LoopIt to send spam, distribute malware, or upload unlawful content.
3. Your content
LoopIt does not store the video, audio, or transcript content of your projects. That content remains in your own Google Drive, under your control and subject to your agreement with Google. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to handle, share, and edit the content you process through LoopIt.
4. Intellectual property
LoopIt, its source code, branding, and design are owned by the developer behind loopit.video. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
5. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
LoopIt is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that LoopIt will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the operator of LoopIt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of LoopIt. Because LoopIt is currently provided free of charge, the operator's total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid for LoopIt in the twelve months preceding the claim, which is zero during the alpha phase.
8. Termination
Your licence may be revoked at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms. You can stop using LoopIt at any time by uninstalling it and deactivating your machine from inside the extension panel. Sections 4, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as LoopIt evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to active licence holders. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of LoopIt after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LoopIt's operator is established. The specific jurisdiction clause will be finalised at the start of the paid-tier launch; until then, disputes will be resolved in good faith via direct communication at support@loopit.video.
11. Contact
Email support@loopit.video for anything related to these terms.
